Salami & Tomato Skillet Pizza

SALAMI & TOMATO SKILLET PIZZA
Makes 2 9-inch pizzas

1 cup prepared marinara sauce
sprinkle of dried oregano and black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
salt
4 slices genoa salami, cut into quarters
1 cup grated mozzarella
julienned fresh basil
1 recipe of your favorite pizza dough

1. Roll out two thin 9-inch rounds of pizza dough. Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil in a cast-iron skillet. Place pizza round in skillet when oil is hot and poke down any bubbles on the surface with a fork. Cook until bottom of crust is lightly browned. Flip crust and add prepared toppings.

2. Top each pizza crust with 1/2 cup sauce. Sprinkle oregano and pepper, then add Parmesan. Arrange tomatoes and sprinkle with a little salt. Arrange salami quarters and top with grated mozzarella. Place under broiler 3-5 minutes until cheese is lightly golden brown. Top with julienned basil. Slice and serve warm.
